ROWAN DRILLING NORWAY AS (former SKEIE RIG MANAGEMENT):
3 harsh environment jack-up drilling units under construction. Recruitment schedule adjusted (see below).

Rowan Drilling Norway AS (former Skeie Rig Management AS) has signed contracts for two of the units to operate in UK, after which the objective is to have them working out of Norway. Hence mass recruitment of personnel to be working in Norway will start later in 2011 when contract status has been clarified (Rowan Drilling UK will be responsible for recruiting local personnel in UK).

We have now closed for new applicants, but we will reopen for applying later in 2011. Applicants already in our system may update their CVs going entering "Login" below.

Rig no. 1 (Rowan Viking) will arrive in Dundee, Scotland in late December, and from March 1 it will operate on a 19 month contract with Total. Rig no. 2 (Rowan Stavanger) will work in UK from 1st May to 1st November after which it will - most likely - move to Norway for operations there. Also rig 3 (Rowan Norway) will most likely operate in UK prior to moving over to Norway. Rowan's overall objective is to have all three units operating in Norway, even if some or all of them will be temporarily working out of UK.
